1. Registration & Payment

  • By registering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Your spot is confirmed once full payment is received.
  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Attendees must be 18 years or older.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Registrations cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
  • In rare and unforeseen circumstances, the seminar location may change within 24 hours of the event. You will be contacted immediately by email with the updated location. No refunds will be provided.
  • While backup systems are in place, unexpected technical issues or interruptions may occur. If the seminar is disrupted or stopped mid-session, it will be rescheduled. No refunds will be provided and your registration will be automatically moved to the next available session at no extra cost.
  • If we must cancel the seminar entirely, your registration will be moved to the next available session. No refunds will be provided and your registration will be automatically moved to the next available session at no extra cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, public health restrictions, transportation shutdowns, strikes, or similar emergencies).

3. Snacks & Meals

  • Light snacks will be provided during breaks.
  • Snacks are not adjusted for dietary needs. If you have restrictions, please bring your own food.
  • Lunch is not included — please plan accordingly.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please follow all venue rules and health guidelines.
  • Please let us know in advance if you have any medical conditions we should be aware of. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate, we may not be able to address every individual need.
  • The venue may contain common allergens — you are responsible for managing your own safety.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs, but cannot guarantee all requests can be met. Please contact us in advance to discuss.
  • No refunds will be issued due to illness or absence.

5. Conduct & Equipment Use

  • Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the seminar without a refund.
  • You are responsible for any damage caused to venue property or seminar equipment through negligence or misuse.

6. Photography, Recording & Intellectual Property

  • Personal recording (audio, video, or photos) during the seminar is not permitted.
  • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please notify us in writing before the seminar.
  • Seminar materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
  • Any music created during the seminar remains the property of Digital Recording Seminars unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Computer Experience

  • By registering, you confirm that you possess general computer knowledge and functionality sufficient to participate in the seminar. This includes, but is not limited to, familiarity with navigating operating systems, managing files and folders, installing and using software applications, and adjusting system settings.
  • You acknowledge that the seminar requires active use of computer-based tools and software.

8. Disclaimer on Results

  • We aim to provide valuable instruction and resources, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, skills, or career opportunities from attending.

9. Liability

  • Attendance is voluntary, and you participate at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • You are responsible for your own safety, health, and personal items throughout the seminar.
